Hi guys there is any option or modification we can make to automaticly update the installed app in debian because everytime i got a notification about update so i have to do it manually for every and i have to check all the app to see if there is an update.

It depends on what you use to manage your Flatpaks.
If you for example use GNOME Software, you can enable automatic updates in the preferences. Some other software centers may offer similar options.
