digiKam Flatpak is outdated

digiKam Flatpak is outdated. Current version is 7.9.0 - Flatpak is still at 7.8.0.
Filed a bug report at KDE but they say they are not the maintainers of the Flatpak version.

Who is the maintainer? Flathub page gives no info. How can I get this updated?
