How do I see which applications use a platform extension?

I just want to see what applications are using a certain version of Mesa (org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default) and what applications are using MangoHud (org.freedesktop.Platform.VulkanLayer.MangoHud) but I can’t find any documentation on doing this.
