How to update vscode

When I launch vscode it shows a nag saying there is a new version. However when I run

 flatpak update com.visualstudio.code

It returns

Nothing to do.

How do I run the update?

you can only wait for the source to update, the nag is likely coming from a central place and isn’t in sync.
