Installing Flatpak on Raspberry Pi

Hi Everyone,
I’m new here, and am just about to throw the towel in.
On a Raspberry Pi.
Trying to install the latest OBS Studio using Flatpak and can’t even get Flatpak to install.
Any pointers please?
