Would installing a new version of Flatpak from Github do any harm to previous Flatpak applications I have already installed on my computer?
I don’t want to go by the distro way of updating.
As long as the new version comes from the same maintainers, it’s perfectly safe to do.
If it’s someone random uploading a new version, make sure you trust them with the same permissions the Flatpak has.
