Migrate Macintosh Trillium to Linux Mint Trillium - How?

Leaving Macintosh for Linux Mint, how do I migrate the Macintosh Trillium files/database to Linux Mint Trillium.

I did the “export” to zip files in the Mac version, but do not know how to get the zipped, or unzipped, files from my external drive into the Linux Trillium.

What do I do? How do I proceed?
