My Flatpak apps does not have start menu entry

Hello,

I noticed that Avogadro2 does not create menu entry when install.

I have desktop file install to /app/share/applications/ but is it not enough?

Yes, it’s not enough, the desktop file and icon file should be prefixed with ${FLATPAK_ID}-xxx.desktop like org.openchemistry.Avogadro2.desktop

Thanks, I solved it now.

Somehow, the Education category in desktop file cause it not to apppear in menu entry.
