Offline download, architecture

is it possible download file and use it. for example: vlc. i want to try several videos offline (at friends home who has huge collection)? flathub package pages are silent about architecture (64 or 32 or arm)?

not sure about the actual question, but there no 32-bits platform supported anymore on Flathub (be it i386 or arm)
