Your theme looks different than the default theme, maybe it’s incompatible. Try running the application with the default KDE Plasma (breeze) or Qt (fusion) theme:
flatpak run --env=QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=breeze org.qbittorrent.qBittorrent
