QGIS Desktop version 3.40.4?

I installed the QGIS Desktop flatpack recently on my Mint 22.1, Cinnamon 6.4.8, and got QGIS version 3.40.3. When will version 3.40.4, the next LTR, be available? Or should I find another way of installling QGIS Desktop? Cheers, Niels
