Slack installation failing "payment required"

It is little bizarre to see that slack app is asking for payment before installation. Please check

I’m seeing the same thing.

Error: While downloading https://packagecloud.io/slacktechnologies/slack/debian/pool/jessie/main/s/slack-desktop/slack-desktop_4.17.0_amd64.deb: 
Server returned status 402: Payment Required

I think whoever is hosting this hasn’t paid their PackageCloud bills.
