After the recent build of a new version of my Zodiac application, some unstable work with permissions began.
Arbitrarily, a ban on writing a file to the specified folder may appear, although the folder is selected via FileDialog. Calling the file manager via show_uri also doesn’t always work. What could this be related to? Past builds have worked well. Maybe there were errors in the operation of packages related to portals?

This sounds like something you might want to raise in one of the portal issue trackers
This is also 1 1/2 years old at this point, there have been point releases, but in general, that version won’t get more updates. We’re at 1.18

Do I understand correctly that due to the fact that xdg-desktop-portal is installed with an outdated version, and xdg-desktop-portal-kde is installed with a newer version, such errors as I described may occur during operation?
Yeah, that’s plausible, but I can’t gurantee that it’s what you’re seeing
