From all the linux distros that I installed, the apps from flatpak has been taken a lot of time to download and most of the times those don’t get to be donwloaded, I think is a flatpak issue. It haven’t happened with the official resources of the apps neither snap apps.
This is most likely an issue with your network or service provider.
