Can I view a list of all the flatpak apps I installed?

it would be cool if say in the gnome software center I could see installed apps and filter by flatpak.

That would be an issue to report to GNOME Software developers here https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software.

In the meantime, you can see the list of the installed apps by running flatpak list in your terminal.
