Creating first flatpak

Hello guys, i am quite new to the community. I’ve 2 questions.

  1. Is there a step by step written and video guide for creating a flatpak app. If so thanks for sending them under this topic.
  2. A second questions is that is it possible to create a flatpak app by only using Windows.

  1. There are some guide here, but it depends a bit on what you’re trying to package Guides - Flatpak documentation
  2. It should be, I would just use WSL2 or a VM for that
