Desktop application shortcuts on Cinnamon

Cinnamon Desktop has a bar on the bottom of the screen called the Panel. When applications are launched the Panel bar displays a button for each running app.

With regular installed apps, the user can right click one of the buttons and choose, Pin to Panel, to make a short-cut that stays in the Panel to make it easy to re-launch the applications.

That feature doesn’t show itself with the running Flathub apps. Is there a way to enable short-cuts for Flathub apps on Cinnamon? Or is there a tool available to do the same thing?

I just installed the 4KTUBE flatpak. When I right clicked on it’s button in the bottom Cinnamon Panel, it showed the option to ‘Pin to Panel.’ The desktop shortcut works fine.
