Flatpak doesn't work at all anymore (1.12.7)

Every time i try to use flatpak it gives me the same error:

I’ve tried updating, running flatpak repair and reinstalling. I can’t find any solutions online.
It started happening about a month ago but I don’t know what caused it.

You should update to at least 1.12.9 due to recent security patches. Maybe that would even fix this problem.

Better would be 1.14.x
