This is the best Linux email client by far. Please make it available as a flatpak.

I would like to have it installed by flatpak too!
Bluemail is proprietary and distribution is not allowed, as stated in the section Using Bluemail in its Terms of Service. So only Bluemail can distribute on flatpak.
I would suggest you to contact them directly and let us know.
using extra-data technically work around this as the user download the software from the vendor directly.
But if they put further restriction like requirement to register to download then it might not be possible.

Just tested and the deb, rpm and snap version does not require registering before download.
