How can I take over a seemingly abandoned package

Subsurface has been packaged on Flathub for a while now, but it seems whoever did that has stopped doing so… and the version here is (a) ancient and (b) still getting downloaded.

I’m the maintainer of Subsurface (well one of the two current maintainers) and would like to look into updating things so people can get a current version via Flathub…

Open an issue on the Flathub issue tracker for an access request. As an upstream developer it should be possible then to grant you access to the repository for the application:
