How to add a maintainer?

Is there an official process for adding a maintainer to a project? I’d like to add @codedore on GitHub to uk.co.ibboard.cawbird, but all I can find is this topic where it seemed to be done as an ad-hoc request :slight_smile:

I’ve added a ticket to the GitHub repo. If that’s the correct way then it would be useful to document it in the wiki. The App Submission page already explains what to do if you want to package an app or if someone else has packaged your app, but not what to do to add additional maintainers.
