How to find old Manifest for Flatpaks (Blender builds)

I am looking for a Flatpak Manifest for Blender 3.6 or 3.8. The Blender 4.0 drop support for Intel HD Graphics and I have come under some pressure to rebuild these flatpaks, but I currently have no access to a machine where those manifest reside.

Is there a way i can retrieve the Flatpak Manifest so I can build these locally ? I believe one of these is a Blender LTS, and the Blender 3.8.6 is the last build to support those Processors/GpU combo.
