Include Opera-ffmpeg-codecs in Opera Flatpak

Hi,

With many streaming website, Opera is unable to play video unless a copy of chromium-ffmpeg-codecs is putted in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera/libffmpeg.so (it’s a long time matter with Opera in linux), and unfortunately, the Flatpak version of Opera have this problem too and I guess if it would be possible this fix in the Flatpak (on Arch based distrib, it has been called Opera-ffmpeg-codecs as an option when installing Opera)
