Is it possible for Flathub to stop blocking certain VPN connections? (i.e. Proton)

I keep receiving SSL connection errors upon updating/installing apps from Flathub when connected to VPN servers. Might it possible for this issue to be raised and resolved with Flathub’s CDN provider? It has become a medium inconvenience for those of us whose security models require VPN usage, and I feel that this group is likely to be vigilant to keep apps up to date.

Nonetheless, all the work that goes into keeping this great service afloat is hugely appreciated.

Flathub doesn’t explicitly block VPN providers. It could be the CDN provider doing that, in which case you can try asking in their Discourse https://community.fastly.com/

Can you share some details as to what exactly was blocked and logs like curl -v or flatpak -v etc. ?
