The v22.09 of org.kde.kasts was released. A manual build via buildbot was triggered yesterday. flathub.org shows it in Resently Updated secction. And the v22.09 is installed but flathub.org is showing the v22.06.

It looks like you have a typo in your AppData.
It contains this 2 lines:
<release version="22.09" date="2021-09-20">
<release version="22.06" date="2022-06-24">
I think there should be 2022 instead of 2021 here. Because 22.06 has the newest Date, Flathub probably thinks 22.06 is the newest version.
