Hello, why am I getting the error message “The object cannot be accessed because the user’s privileges are insufficient” when I try to save a file created in LibreOffice? I haven’t changed any of the software settings to cause this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Your question as it stands is unanswerable without details of the version of LO, the application concerned and the underlying operating system in use. Have you ever been able to save a LO file and this has just occurred following some other event (update etc)? What steps were taken to save the file?

Did this happen after any other event?: Honestly, I don’t remember, but now it works; I can save documents.

What steps did you take to save the file?: I have a folder dedicated to Writer; I already had some files saved there, but at one point I tried to write a document and it wouldn’t let me save it.
