In the past 2 weeks I have received what seems like 10 updates for this runtime:
org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-550-120 (1.4)
Why does it update so often?
flatpak remote-info flathub --log org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-550-120
will tell you the source of those. Most of them were version updates, because a new driver version got released. The nvidia Flatpak is special, if a new driver is released every old version gets rebuilt.
