OBS Studio 30.1 'video format not supported'

Hello all,

I am running OBS Studio 30.1.0 On Fedora 38 with Chrome Version 122.0.6261.111 (Official Build) (64-bit). Youtube TV runs fine in chrome. But when I try to interact with Browser within OBS studio I get a video format not supported error.
