OBS Studio has had 2 updates recently and still on Flathub it’s still at version 31.0.4 whilst latest version is at v31.1.1 any news on availability ?

This is responsibility of the OBS developers, as they build the Flatpak on their infrastructure and publish it to Flathub directly.
I’m not fully sure what the holdup here is, but I suppose they’re looking into it.
