OpenCL Runtime for AMD GPU's and Flatpak

I use Blender / GIMP / Darktable and have some questions on whether the Flatpak versions of these software use the OpenCL driver while in a flatpak? Is there an AMD OpenCL runtime like the Nvidia Flatpak runtime?

Same question, cannot get AMD OpenCL working within flatpak

No but there are plans to add something in the future from Freedesktop runtime side.
