Plex desktop and Plex HTPC not working

When trying to run PlexDesktop or PlexHTPC I get the following:

The file “/usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids” does exist and is populated, so perhaps this is a permissions issue?

What are the next suggested steps for troubleshooting this?

+1. This error appears for me almost line-for-line. Sometimes it occurs immediately after boot, other times it crashes only when I click the “sign in” button.

Curiously the unofficial Girens app is also broken for me. 'Tis a shame.

The problem is the maintainers of that flatpak aren’t open to receiving issues. And I doubt they read things here either.

Given that the package use an EOL runtime, I doubt you’ll get a solution.
