Proton VPN interferes with installing flat packs

Hello,
Just to inform others here, my prton vpn sometimes interferes with the installation of some flatpaks.
When I disable the vpn, installation of flatpaks succeeds.

Do you switch to some particular country with that vpn?

I don’t remember; sorry. I remember that when i turned off my Proton vpn, that flat packs installed successfully.

Came here to say that the same thing is happening to me. When I disconnect from ProtonVPN, everything works okay.

Flathub throttles VPN users?
