Hi, is there a way to set initial position and geometry via cli ?

I saw the man page and searched in google but there are no information

No, its not possible.

An application can make a request for which size its windows should have, size and position are ultimately jurisdiction of the desktop compositor, and not an application.

- - geometry=

option to specify dimension and position in X

True, but such an option can only work on X, not Wayland.

And given that Ptyxis is an app primarily developed for GNOME, which now has phased out X for the most part, you can see why it wouldn’t support an effectively deprecated option.
