I create Flatpak manifest here, the apps run and working.
However, I have not submit because many breaking bugs in PyMOL itself I found.
PyMOL is not so friendly with its release cycle, they kept maintenance release (2.4.1, 2.4.2 etc) for license user.
Open-source version user only get master or non-maintenance release (2.4.0, 2.5.0 etc)
If anyone what to pick it up, feel free.
