The overview page says it’s open source, but it’s not clear where the source is (yet?). The Open source page points to the protonpass Github org, which has repos for the Android and iOS apps, but not desktop apps.
The proton-pass-common repo has a proton-authenticator-web directory. Possibly the desktop apps are a wrapper around a web interface? But I can’t see anything about making such a wrapper, and I’m not sure there’s any kind of UI code there.
