Some flatpak apps start a "standard browser", how can I avoid this?

Hi, some flatpak apps start the brave browser which I only installed for testing purposes. I never configured any “standard browser”. I need help to the following question: How can I get rid of all standard app configurations?

I don’t like it when an application starts another application. It has to ask me at least.

How can I achieve this?

heavily depends on the distro, which you don’t mention

Otherwise a tool like Install Junction on Linux | Flathub would ask you
