Statistics: Least downloaded games/apps (and percentiles, medians)

Dear community,

I have published some games that are downloaded not very often. This raised a question: Would it be possible to find out the least downloaded software of a given category (game, education, etc.) - maybe at the main website of Flathub or using a public API and some python code? Or sorting all apps of a category in a way the least downloaded are at the beginning of the list? Maybe I could find some underrated gem…

(And just in case this would be possible: What about percentiles, medians and the apps which downloads are falling into a specific percentile?)

I can see all the folders named after years from 2018 up to and including 2026 at Index of /stats/stable/

But if I try to open one of them:

404 - Page Not Found

You need to play around with trailing slashes or putting the exact date in the URL. This is not meant to be consumed by the public so it’s not particularly user-friendly.

Maybe just go to the last page of the games category? https://flathub.org/en/apps/category/game/21

This app list is not sorted after popularity or downloads per month. The last app at the last page is org.alienarena.alienarena with 1103 downloads per month. studio.eufonia.EufoniaClient at page one has 195 downloads per month. space.bigrat.mocktail at page one has 10,775 downloads per month.

A trick:

Go to statistic page and select the freedesktop runtime and select the games from categories. Click the “Show more” button to load more games.
