Attempting to install flatpak, referencing https://flatpak.org/setup/openSUSE
After installing flatpak-1.14.1-1.x86_64, I receive:

Occurs on both a notebook running openSUSE Tumbleweed and a desktop running Leap 15.2.
Not sure how to address this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
