Telegram launcher doesn't work

Hello, as per title on Fedora 39 with GNOME (almost fresh installation), the telegram launcher doesn’t work.
I don’t have the technical knowledge to fix this but I’m alerting here in order to let someone work on this.
I remain available to provide as much info as possible according to your requests.

file this with the package issue tracker. This specific category of the forum isn’t for support question, and it’s highly unlikely that its maintainer see this.
