I use Telegram, but the app is not using a GTK4 theme. Is there a way to “force it” to use it? I use Fedora 38, with GNOME.
Telegram is not a GTK app. Thus, it can’t use GTK stylesheets.

Thanks for clearing it up for me. Is there no way for some apps (Telegram, Calibre, etc.) to at least theme theme to look mora native in Gnome? Just a question.
There might be some themes or customizations, but those apps will never look native on GNOME since they weren’t developed for the GNOME platform. You should find real GNOME apps if that’s what you want. For Telegram there’s Paper Plane (still in development). For e-books, Foliate is a great app.
