The update process

I can’t update for 30 days. The update process starts and then everything goes back. Fedora Linux 42 (Workstation Edition), Linux 6.15.3 - Linux 6.16.3.
sudo dnf update does not solve the problem

I have 3 updates: FreedesktopPlarform, Freedesktop SDK, Gnome Application Platform Version 48. Warning about openh264. Why isn’t the rest installed?

Cisco is likely banning your country from their traffic. (we have had other report of this in this forum)

You can go via tor or a vpn to update.

Unfortunately, I can’t, Tor and VPN only works in the browser. I can’t install Tor and VPN on my PC.
