It’s not normal that when updating flatpak as root, flatpak seems to change the directory and permissions, so that each app resets to its defaults and that any flatpak application can only be run with root privileges, is it?
Unfortunately I no longer have access to the logs, because this has happened to me a while ago, but I wanted to raise awareness of this regardless, as I haven’t seen any other post that addresses this issue.
