I installed a new UPS (APC 2200) which I have connected to my Debian 12.6 daily driver using the supplied USB cable.
The Systray indicates that the battery is (now) 100% charged having set the switch in Settings > Power.
The setting for Automatic Suspend is currently set at 20 minutes On Battery Power.
APC do provide Powerchute software for their APC products (which also includes Schneider) and SourceForge.net also provide Apcupsd UPS control software for Linux (including Debian) but neither option is attractive nor provides a simple solution to monitor the UPS.
I’ve researched Flathub but have been unable to find a Flatpak which will perform useful tasks such as properly closing down the server during a power outage.
Is there such an app in the Flatpak scheme of things I have missed?
