Under WAYLAND, the BLINK SIP application does not work properly, works partially, the Blink window is sometimes blinking / flickering and the icon of reduce close window does not appear so you have to guess where it is.
Otherwise, I tested with an SIP account I have, it works. Not tested yet with X window manager.
As a Flatpak alternative, for some people, Linphone is very good, Open Source and works great under Wayland.
