What is considered default settings in app screenshots according to quality guidelines?

So I am trying to pass all quality checks for this app: Install Coulomb on Linux | Flathub all checks are passing except the point regrading using default settings in screenshots. The screenshots are most certainly showing the default settings as there aren’t any settings to begin with, except for dark mode support, and according to quality guide lines, default settings section, it’s fine to show dark mode support in screenshots as long as not all screenshots are like that. I want to know what is missing.

So according to another thread on this site, default settings on GNOME included hiding minimize and maximize buttons which I completely forgot about. Anyway, after actually doing that I got my app passing all checks.
