fs-uae stop installing , but not stop running , (because opengl) but can be installed in command line 
fs-uae :
apt get install fs-uae
(others old apps are in the same case : see my screen hardcopy of this)

this forum is about flatpaks from flathub. When you use anything with apt, you’re not working with flatpak, so we can’t help you.
